We are fed up with company values…

…that no one remembers! 🙄🤷‍♀️

Oftentimes, they are bulky, lack clarity, or are simply just some empty-shelled zombies feeding on the leftovers of the last change management campaign🧟‍♀️

No doubt - company values are important! Especially when starting a new company, its initial values will once become the staple food of this untamable beast called “company culture”. 🐣🐦‍🔥😬

But to live by our values, we first need to remember them!
And to remember them, there must not be too many!

HBR suggests listing your two most critical values at the first and last position.
