Our sprint for March 25

🚀 At nihito, we work in monthly sprints, and here’s why:
We want to stay responsive to our customer needs ensuring that our efforts are always aligned with our current goals and challenges. Hence, we evaluate our progress each month and adjust our strategy for the next month.

📅 What we learned in February:
With the growing number of tasks and responsibilities, we’ve realized that we code less and less each month. To tackle this, we plan to create dedicated blocks of “focus time” and, moreover, seek external support for coding tasks. Also, we realized that getting people to try our demonstrator without getting anything in return is hard — who would have thought! 😅

🔨 What we do in March:
Our priority this month is the development of our MVP, which we plan to deliver by Q2/25 (!) To make this happen, we’re growing our team — both internally and externally — so we have the right expertise and manpower. We’re also putting significant effort into securing non-dilutive funding to boost our progress without compromising ownership. So yes, we are bootstrapping!
